Besides all the standard condominium facilties, residents get to have a quasi-spa experience at their doorstep with hydrotherapy beds and baths, onsen and jacuzzi amongst the amenities offered at The Panorama.

Stepping out of their home, residents will have access to a host of everyday conveniences in the vicinity. The Panorama is situated opposite to the upcoming Mayflower MRT Station (Thomson Line). A direct train ride will be all it takes to get to the city in 2021 when all stations on the line go operational. Mayflower MRT Station, itself, is expected to be ready in 2020.

The condomium, however, is expected to reach TOP in 2018. Thus residents will have to wait a few good years to enjoy this seamless transport connectivity.

Meanwhile they can hop onto bus number 265 at the bus stop right outside their home, and arrive at Ang Mo Kio Bus Interchange some 1.6km away, or seven stops away. Standing next to the interchange is the Ang Mo Kio MRT station (North-South Line) which also offers direct access to the city.

In addition, residents can satisfy their shopping needs at the well-stocked mall – AMK Hub. The shopping centre is home to over 200 retail outlets and dining places including a supermarket and foodcourt.

Closer to home at 0.4 km away is also the Mayflower Market and Food Centre.

Have school-going children? Fret not. The vicinity of The Panorama is populated with a variety of educational institutions including some prestigious ones.

Most pleasing is that the well-reputed CHIJ St Nicholas’ Girl School is just opposite.

Alas, what about your sons? Mayflower Secondary School, a boy-and-girl school, is slightly farther afield at Ang Mo Kio St 21 – 0.8 km away.

Some other educational institutions in the area are James Cook University, Anderson Junior College, Nanyang Polytechnic, Kuo Chuan Presby Primary School and others.

Modern conveniences aside, residents looking for an escape from the stresses of urban living can find refugee in the parks in the area. Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park, Ang Mo Kio Town Garden West and Lower Peirce Reservoir Park are nearby. The Kallang River also meanders through the Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park, and nature lovers can enjoy the learning trail at ABC Waters@Kallang.
