Gear Up for a New Life at the West Coast!

| Property Articles | 27/02/2016

The promising locality of the West Coast has yet to cement its character, but it already has something to offer to those who seek a new way of living. In these quiet, emergent environs, one of Singapore’s top property developers will be setting up a luxurious residential complex. Boo Han Holdings (a subsidiary of Far East Organization) has chosen this area for their upcoming venture, Seahill.

The new development will be rising at the place where West Coast Link meets West Coast Crescent – a very accessible, prime location cossetted in a residential zone. The parcel of land is right around the corner from West Coast Highway as well as Clementi Road, and just a short distance from the Ayer Rajah Expressway. It’s also just steps from West Coast Park and the harbor.

Lavish Living with Diverse Options

The 136,000-square foot property at 119 West Coast Crescent will encompass three blocks of affordably-priced residences. The buildings will be posed around a landscaped courtyard and a lagoon-like pool.

It will be a select collection of 338 new homes, including condominium units, SoHos, townhouses, and serviced apartments, varying from single-bedroom pads to four-bedroom family homes.

Condominium Units

The development will be offering a variety of condo units to suit a variety of lifestyles:

-1 BR (563 – 773 sq ft) = 20 units

-2 BR (880 – 1,157 sq ft) = 46 units

-2 BR compact (647 – 686 sq ft) = 68 units

-3 BR (1,095 – 1,249 sq ft) = 16 units

-3 BR compact (1,040 – 1,102 sq ft) = 26 units

Light and space will be maximized in these condos, with their well-thought-out floor plans, high ceilings, and creative storage solutions.

SoHo Units

Seahill’s SoHos will be white units, or customizable spaces. You can tailor one to suit your taste and your needs, as well as your budget. Go ahead and create a space all your own.

-1 BR (606 – 687 sq ft) = 80 units

-2 BR compact (628 – 793 sq ft) = 32 units

-3 BR compact (817 – 989 sq ft) = 32 units

Each townhouse will be a four-bedroom home, with a built-up floor area between 3,116 and 3,177 square feet – lots of room for a growing family! Only 18 of these exclusive units will be available

Oasia West Serviced Residences

Sixteen floors of the development will be dedicated to serviced apartments. Seahill is one of the very few residential developments that offer this special privilege. Tenants of these posh abodes may avail of services such as housekeeping and concierge assistance. Imagine a sweet life in a deluxe residence, with less hassle and less stress.
