Singapore’s First Retirement Resort-Condominium Development

The first-ever retirement resort condominium in Singapore is currently under way, tucked away in the exquisite environs of Bukit Timah. Designed primarily for spirited seniors who embrace an active, comfortable lifestyle, The Hillford will be a veritable haven in the city. It’s set to have a lovely resort atmosphere, complete with a multitude of amenities and modern conveniences.

Bukit Timah Road is also very near, connecting The Hillford to Clementi Road and the Pan-Island Expressway. The nearest transport hubs as of now are the Bukit Batok and Bukit Gombak MRT Stations (North-South). There’s also the Clementi Station (North-South). By 2016, the second stage of the MRT Downtown Line will be fully functional; the at Beauty World and King Albert Park Stations will be within walking distance.

The Hillford is primarily intended to be a residential resort complex for retired senior citizens, but there isn’t any age limit for buyers.
